We are so happy with the service we received from GreenGuard Construction. A GreenGuard Construction sales representative showed up one day at our door and asked if he could take a look at our roof, indicating there have been other homes close to our neighborhood that have received hail damage from a recent storm. Sure enough, he found hail damage and gave me the information needed on how to get a claim started with our insurance company. He offered to meet the claims adjustor on the day he came so he could point out the hail damage spots. We were approved for a claim, and received the letter from our insurance agency (I swear, you have to have a PhD to understand their terminology). GreenGuard Construction’s sales representative offered to help with any questions we had regarding the insurance claim and letter. When it came time for the roof to be installed, the crew arrived at 7:30 a.m. and the job was all done (clean-up included) when I arrived home from work at 5:00 pm. The roofing crew worked diligently to get the job done and were courteous and professional as well. A house down the street from us had another company do their roof and we had to look at that mess for about a week and a half. They obviously didn’t know about Greenguard Construction and that they could have had everything done in one day! We are very happy with the service we received and have already given many recommendations to neighbors and friends. The roof looks great! Thanks again for the great service!
